| Deadline | The cut-off date for room reservations is July 1 OR after all the rooms in the block have been reserved, whichever comes first. After July 1 the hotel will accept reservation requests on a “space available” basis only and rates may be higher. |

Reference Committee #1 will meet from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Reference Committee #2 will meet from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.
Boxed lunches will be available from 1:00 – 1:30 p.m.

Friday, September 10
TSA Golf Tournament
7:15 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
The Resort Course @ The Westin La Cantera Resort
The 18th Annual TSA Golf Tournament begins with a shotgun start at 7:45 a.m. at the Resort Course. Meet at the Pro Shop at 7:15 a.m. for pairings. The tournament fee includes green fees, shared cart, practice balls, box lunch and refreshments on the cart and prizes for first, second, and third place teams, longest drive and closest to the pin.
Cost per player: $175.00
(Advance reservations required.)Please note: All players shall abide by the rules and regulations of the golf course. Individuals shall be responsible for damage to golf cars, the golf course, clubhouse, and other facilities caused by their participation. Players with ceramic or metal spiked shoes will not be allowed to use them on the golf course or driving range. Only spikeless golf shoes will be allowed.

Time is short between sessions, so join us for lunch and sit in on this lecture you won’t

Lunch in the Exhibit Hall
12:15 – 1:15 p.m.
No need to worry about leaving the hotel to go and grab a lunch when you can join your colleagues and visit with exhibitors one last time before the hall officially closes. A delicious boxed lunch will be available for purchase inside the exhibit hall.

6:00 – 7:15 p.m.
Come and find out what the PAC does for you! This reception will give you the opportunity to find out more about the PAC and why your voice and contributions matter.

Kent Mayhew, games, activities as well as the popular Silent Auction with a new twist.
